Join your fellow signatories at the Turtle Pond tomorrow Thursday November 30th 11/30 at 10:20am. Together, we’ll walk the petition and its five pages of signatures to Provost Tirrell’s office to deliver our request for a free and fair union recognition process. After the petition is delivered, a few grads and postdocs will deliver our signed authorization cards to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) office to begin the union recognition process.
To celebrate this historic step toward forming our union, join your colleagues outside Caltech Hall (same place as the supermajority rally) at 5pm on November 30th for a post-filing celebration. Some snacks and pizza will be provided, but please feel welcome to contribute. Also feel free to bring your own refreshments.
