Our August Member Meeting will be held next Friday, on August 29th at 5:00pm in Chen 130. We’ll go over updates to our union’s leadership structure, including upcoming elections and recently formed committees. We’ll also recap the international scholar informational session happening on August 27th at noon in Chen 100, where grads and postdocs will be joined by the Caltech administration’s International Offices to discuss protections for international students and postdocs. Finally, we’ll gear up for the new academic year by talking about orientation activities including division level socials to get new G1s and postdocs up to speed on our union.
